Blooming Tiara

Hey all I have a long overdue review to do for Jill Stuart 103 Blooming Tiara, so here are the swatches:

I personally like Brilliant Crown better, probably because it's easier to wear those colors and because the glitter can be worn alone for a different look. For Blooming Tiara the glitter looks the same blended with the cream and alone...

Jill Stuart Prism Carat Eyes

Hello lovelies its been awhile, I've been busy with work and other things but that hasn't stopped me from shopping till I drop ;) Another reason I haven't been so motivated to post here is because I've been purchasing products multiple other people have already swatched! I don't think there are many photos out there yet for the new Jill Stuart Prism Carat Eyes so here you all go, this is in 101 Brilliant Crown.

The middle swatch is combined glitter + creme. Overall AMAZING product! I am very satisfied with the pigmentation and quality and cannot wait to wear this for a night out! I am highly considering purchasing this in another color, if I do I will post the pictures here.

Another late update...busy busy!

Hi all, I have new stuff to show you:

Helena Rubinstein mascaras!! Rawr.

From top to bottom:
Lash Queen Feline Extravaganza - 01 Deep Black
Lash Queen Feline Blacks - 01 Deep Black
Lash Queen Sexy Blacks - 01 Scandalous Black

These are all WP (waterproof) and are like GLUE on the lashes. I recommend a powerful eye cleanser for these (such as Lancome). My personal favorites are Feline Extravaganza (the black tube, has a relatively small straight brush) and Sexy Blacks (the flower tube, has a curvy brush). They all lengthen and curl about the same, I think Feline Blacks underperformed a bit for me but I could just be seeing things...it also has a larger brush compared to the other two.

Sure I'd give them all a Rating 5/5, but very pricey. You get what you pay for.

This is my second Jill Stuart palette in 101 smoky quartz.

Swatches:

Gorgeous palette/colors. The drawback is that bits from the black eyeshadow fall and smudge everywhere. Ugh! You can even see the flakey black bits in the swatch..

Rating 4/5 ...If only it weren't for the little bits. I still wear it and suggest some primer.

Paul & Joe Color Powder in 071

Swatch:

The packaging is love but the shadows are really nothing special. It has been sitting on my shelf and I seldom wear these colors.

The current BB cream I am wearing ;)

Hehe...I couldn't resist the cute pink packaging by Too Faced! Also got a MAC lip stick in Hot Gossip and a Chanel foundation brush.

Very useful mirror from Sasa!! As you can see it lights up ;) Also got the Kao Liese Juicy Shower..which smells ohhh delicious and heavenly but unfortunately the scent doesn't last very long...=(

October Haulage

Here is my crazy October 23rd haulage.

Bobbi Brown Earth Metal Palette
I was a little disappointed with this one. The shadows are quite neutral and not as highly pigmented as I had hoped..
Tarte Treasure Chest
Gorgeous set, I thought I would like the shimmery eye shadows more but the matte colors are even better. I've already used this many times, and unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it open when it was brand new but there are plenty of photos online already (check out my blog list). I can probably swatch this later though.

Jill Stuart Jelly Eye Color N 09 midnight shine
I haven't tried this yet but the color and packaging are gorgeous!

Anthropology Tray
I love this accessory as a decoration. It can store my jewelry and makeup beautifully as well. I haven't seen anything like it.
Bebe Headband
Just a little sparkly something for Halloween. Simple but extremely cute!
Betsey Johnson Cat Chandelier Earrings
I love kitties and Betsey Johnson~
MAC Partial to Pink Limited Edition Gloss
I was pleased with the color and it was limited edition so why not hehe

End of July Mini-Haul #2

Here are my new Jill Stuart Fall '09 collection items :)
I got
- Mix Blush Compact in 10 Sweet Biscuit
- Illuminance Eyes in 08 Dazzling Moon

How the blush looks:

It comes out not as intense as it looks in the compact! On the cheeks it is a very warm golden pink glow finish.

Eyeshadows:

Overall I am pleased. I love the packaging and I love how everything looks on me. The eyeshadow and blush are gorgeous and really go with my skin tone. Can't wait to buy more Jill Stuart!!

Oh I also got this Juicy Couture key chain which I'm posting because it matches my blog ;)

XoXo Peace♥♥♥
